Why a subscription at all?
Capi runs an AI model on every message you send. Photo OCR, transaction parsing, the weekly insight — all of it has a real per-user cost. The subscription covers that cost and keeps Capi supported instead of rotting.
Why not free with ads?
No ads, ever — not on the site, not inside the bot. If you're the product, the tool ends up working for whoever's paying, not for you. A money tool especially. So a fair price feels right.
What happens when my window expires?
You get a 7-day grace where Capi still answers but nudges you to renew. After that the bot pauses until you pick a plan. Your data never leaves — it sits there waiting for you.
Can I cancel?
These don't auto-renew. You buy a window, you use it, and when it ends Capi pauses. No card on file, no surprise charge next month. Renew when you want to keep going.
Refunds?
Within 7 days of purchase, if you haven't really used Capi yet, email hello@cappi.io and we'll refund. After that the window is yours.
I bought a legacy bundle (System / Full Checkup) — do I pay now?
Not yet. Your bundle covers your first 3 months (System) or 6 months
(Full Checkup) of Capi. The subscription kicks in when that runs out.
