What happens if I cancel or a payment fails?
Capi keeps answering for the rest of the period you already paid for. After that you get a 7-day grace where the bot still answers but nudges you to renew, then it pauses. Your data stays — it sits there waiting.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Open the receipt email and tap "Manage subscription," or email [email protected]. We won't ask why. Capi keeps working until your current period ends, then pauses.
Refunds?
Within 7 days of any charge, if you haven't really used Capi, email [email protected] and we'll refund. After that, just cancel and it stops at the next billing cycle.
